U15-U18: 11v11 Competitive Travel Program

The RVFC Showcase Program is for committed U15-U18 players who desire to compete at a high level while developing technically, tactically, mentally, and personally. Yes, we travel. Yes, we compete. And yes, we hold a high standard, but we believe the best environments are built on connection, accountability, resilience, and trust.

Our style of play emphasizes confidence on the ball, movement, communication, and decision-making under pressure. We believe pressure is an opportunity, not a moment of panic. Players are encouraged to solve problems, play with creativity, take risks, and compete with purpose. Through advanced training sessions, high-level match play, tournaments, and showcase events, players are challenged to think faster, play braver, and continue growing in every phase of the game.
