RVFC has a goal to provide each age group with one Licensed "E" Director and two group leaders on site for each play date to assist with field setup, teams/coaches and player and parent guidance during the duration of the season.

Game rules will be posted at the field in plain sight to help with the guidance and facilitation of consistent play all games.

We will utilize the "DOT GAME PHILOSOPHY" in play to assist in substitution, the early stages of team organization, and to help "ALL" players begin the early stages of team shape, space awareness, with a focus on individual technique.  Training should be structured around the "Small Sided Game" concepts with a focus on individual technical play.
