The Little Kicker's program, for children ages 3-5 is designed for beginning players who are ready for organized play.  This stage is built around having FUN, and learning the basic social and motor skills to play team sports with soccer being used as the vehicle to drive the imagination of the child's growth.  We don't keep score at this level,  it is all about fun, promoting an active child lifestyle, and teaching social skills at the early stages.

Club provides jersey.  (Jerseys are kept for both fall and spring if a player plays both seasons).
Player needs shin guards, cleats, black shorts, and size 3 ball.

We will utilize the "DOT GAME PHILOSOPHY" in play to assist in substitution, the early stages of team organization, and to help "ALL" players to get touches on the ball.

Game rules will be posted at the field in plain sight to help with the guidance and facilitation of consistent play for all games.

The goal of RVFC is to provide an organized experience from the age of 3.  We will ONLY form teams if enough volunteer coaches are available.  All other players will be placed on a waiting list until a volunteer/parent is found to form another team.

RVFC has a goal to provide onsite "group leaders" to facilitate and help where needed to provide parents and players with the best experience possible.
